The modular design consists of interchangeable elements, allowing the billboard to evolve over time. This keeps the substation a vibrant portal to Fellbach’s “AGRICULTURE meets MANUFACTURING” project. The prominent location of the Fellbach substation on Stuttgart Street offers a unique opportunity to bring the themes of the IBA’27 into public space.
